The major key Differences are:-
- You can contact a person through mobile number or email ID. IN whatsapp you cant do the late one.
- Google Assistant:- its AI which whatsapp doesnt have. It can do many things for you like finding places,playing emoji games etc..
- It has the Google Brand as said by others
- Its Unique in UI also. (something refreshing)
